Dark 'n Stormy as a float

The Dark 'n Stormy Float

Sipping on a root beer float at A&W. 

Floating the night away on Dark 'n Stormys. 

This dessert-slash-drink mashes up two nostalgic classics to create something delicious, new, and decadent.

Ingredients

1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, or another flavor of your choice
5-6 oz Gosling's Ginger Beer (ginger ale is not technically a substitute here, but if it's all you have, go for it)
1.5- 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
lime slice as garnish, to taste

Method

Add ice cream to a chilled beer mug or mason jar. Pour ginger beer over the ice cream. Float rum on top and garnish with lime juice (to taste.)
