Kiss The Chef: Curiada Cocktail Hour
It's Thanksgiving Eve, a great time to take a moment to celebrate those putting in the hours in the kitchen. You know who you are. We salute you.
(We recommend mixing this drink and offering it to anyone who is currently peeling potatoes, roasting vegetables, standing over a hot stove, or just got back from a final grocery run!)
Kiss the Chef
.75 oz Fernet Branca
.75 oz Chartreuse Yellow
.75 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
.75 oz demerara syrup (or another simple syrup)
lime wheel (dusted in salt, if you're fancy!) to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until very cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
