The Best Star Wars Cocktail: Skywalker's Right Hand

Celebrate this delightfully ridiculous, pun-tastic holiday with a glass of something dark and delicious. Because when it comes to the best Star Wars cocktail, it's gotta be the one that references the famous Cloud City battle between (spoiler alert!) son vs. father.

The Right Hand - essentially a rum negroni - is the inspiration for this galactic cocktail. Our version, Skywalker's Right Hand (recipe & image courtesy of Brandon Cummins!), features R.L. Seale's 12 Year Rum, which is balanced (like the force) with a high quality vermouth, Campari, and a few dashes of chocolate bitters.

Ingredients

2 oz R.L. Seale's Finest Barbados 12 Year Rum
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino (or experiment with a Baldoria expression!)
.75 oz Campari
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
orange twist for garnish

Method

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist.  Enjoy!
