It offers two primary expressions, Cimarron Blanco and Cimarron Reposado. What is the history of Cimarron Tequila?

Founded by the visionary Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca, Cimarron Tequila is born out of a passion to deliver the purest expression of agave in every bottle. Fonseca, a fourth-generation agave grower and one of the largest owners of agave plantations in the Jalisco highlands, set out to create a tequila that captures the vibrant, physical flavors of his highland agave. To achieve this, Cimarron Tequila slow roasts their agave piñas in traditional brick ovens and utilizes a slow fermentation process. This arduous method results in a tequila teeming with bold, unmasked flavors of its base ingredient, agave.
