Empirical Olive is part of our Other collection. It comes from Empirical Spirits and is crafted in the United States.

Empirical Olive transforms the beloved Dirty Martini into a cleaner, more elegant pour by distilling Spanish Gordal and Manzanilla olives with French wheat spirit, creating a bottle that does all the work of muddling, shaking, and straining, while delivering that briny, savory character martini lovers crave in one silky, freezer-ready spirit.

Why We Love It

While most olive-forward spirits steep or macerate their olives, Empirical actually distills them, capturing the pure essence of the fruit without any of the murky brine or oil that can make a Dirty Martini feel, well, dirty, meaning you get all the green, nutty, sophisticated olive flavor in a crystal-clear spirit that won't cloud your glass.

    Truly unique product, and delicious!

Honestly have never tasted anything like this before. Fantastic in a dirty martini or a dirty G&T if you're feeling adventurous. Couldn't recommend more.

    Super Cool Modifier

Was super curious when I saw one of my cocktail hero's, Jeff Bell post about this product. First impression of olive was that it was quite flavorful, and strong. I played with a few recipes and landed on a split base martini with Vodka, some saline solution and Method Dry Vermouth.

I love this spirit. It is smooth and the flavor is so good. I had it in a couple different cocktails and they were delicious. If you are looking for an interesting and delicious drink, I would highly recommend this spirit!

    Wild Savory fun toy!

I love new things for my bar and this is the perfect spirit to bring all your cocktails to life. SOme people add saline, some add brine, this product does all of that. Throw it in a negroni and campari get slapped! Perfect for martinis!

    Bite into an Olive

This definitely reads meaty olive vs briney dirty martini. I love the velvety mouthfeel and it works perfectly to make my martinis at home a little special. I mix it 2 gin, 1 Olive, and a rinse of vermouth. I also love it with fever tree Mediterranean tonic and oddly squirt soda, lol. It’s definitely different! But fun
