Ingredients

2oz Empirical Cilantro

.75 oz fresh lime juice

1⁄2 oz agave syrup

lime wheel for garnish

salt for rim

Directions

Add all ingredientsto a shaker. Fill the shaker with cubed ice; shake with gusto for 6-8 seconds. Strain into a rock glass with a salt rim. Add cubed ice and garnish with the lime wheel.

Ingredients

1 oz Empirical Cilantro

1 oz Lost Explorer Tequila

Muddled fresh sweet corn, to taste

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz agave nectar

Smoked paprika & salt for rim

Directions

Prepare a glass by dipping its rim in lime juice and then into the smoked paprika and salt mixture. Muddle the sweet corn in your shaker. Add all the other ingredients. Shake hard with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into the prepared glass with ice. Garnish with a wheel of corn and a bunch of fresh cilantro.
