Aviation Gin has a nice balance of juniper flavor without being aggressive. It is great to sip by itself, on the rocks, or even in cocktails, it will impart the flavor of gin you want, without overpowering what you are drinking. I was surprised of the crisp clean flavors it had when drinking by itself, the botanicals are well balanced and very floral. This is a nice spirit to sit around with friends and drink comfortably.
