1.25 oz Cimarron Reposado Tequila
0.75 oz Tempus Fugit Crème De Cacao
0.5 oz Amaretto
1.5 oz half and half (or preferred dairy substitute)
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Grate nutmeg on top of the cocktail for garnish.
