I love cocktails, but I’m also lazy and bad at keeping fresh stuff in the house. This is a 4-ingredient cocktail — mezcal, grapefruit liqueur, lime juice, and tonic water — and 4-step — combine, shake, pour, top with tonic — super simple cocktail that takes 30 seconds to make. It’s become my go-to for nice weather outdoors and even during fall Browns games, so I can make one quick and get back to the 4th quarter collapse before I miss more missed tackles!
