Cocktail Description

This creamy, tropical blender drink turns the classic Caribbean Planter's Punch into a frosty dessert cocktail that tastes like a boozy banana milkshake with a subtle spiced kick.

Built on a base of white rum and fresh banana, the Frosty Planter's Punch gets its silky texture from milk and sweetness from sugar cane syrup, while vanilla extract and Angostura bitters add warming complexity that keeps things from getting too one-note. The result is a drink that sits somewhere between a daiquiri and a smoothie, with enough substance to feel satisfying but enough brightness to stay refreshing. It's dead simple to make—just toss everything in a blender with crushed ice and you're done in under a minute. This is your go-to when the weather turns hot and you want something cold and indulgent that doesn't require any bartending finesse. Serve it at poolside gatherings, backyard barbecues, or anytime you're craving something tropical without the fuss of multiple steps. The creamy sweetness pairs beautifully with grilled jerk chicken, coconut shrimp, or even a slice of warm banana bread for an over-the-top brunch treat.
