Cocktail Description

Picture yourself on a sweltering afternoon, crushed ice in hand, and you've just found the antidote to the heat.

The Beefeater Mint Crush is a refreshing gin cocktail that combines muddled mint with bright citrus and a touch of cane syrup, all served over mounds of crushed ice that'll keep things icy cold until the last sip. You'll taste crisp botanicals from the London dry gin mingling with fresh mint, balanced by the tangy punch of lime and lemon, while the sugar cane syrup rounds everything out without making it too sweet. This drink requires a bit of effort—muddling, shaking, churning, and building layers of crushed ice—but the hands-on process is part of the fun, and you'll feel like a proper bartender once you've mastered the technique. It's perfect for lazy summer weekends, backyard barbecues, or any time you need something cooling that still packs botanical complexity. The herbaceous, citrus-forward profile pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, fresh salads with herbs and feta, or spicy Southeast Asian dishes where the mint can echo and complement. Keep a pitcher of crushed ice ready, grab some friends, and make a few rounds—this one's built for warm weather and good company.
