Cocktail Description

Think of this as a mojito that traded in its beach vacation for a trip to the Caribbean orchard.

The Peach Rum Smash brings together white rum's clean brightness with the honeyed sweetness of peach liqueur, all grounded by fresh mint and a splash of lime. The pineapple juice adds a tropical note that keeps things lively without shouting about it, while the cane syrup rounds everything out with a subtle molasses undertone. It's refreshing without being simple—there's enough going on here to keep your palate interested through the whole glass. This is perfect for warm afternoons when you want something that feels special but doesn't require deep contemplation, whether you're hosting a backyard gathering or just treating yourself after a long week. The technique is straightforward enough for home bartenders: a gentle muddle of mint, a vigorous shake, and a pour over crushed ice. Pair it with grilled seafood, jerk chicken, or even a fruit-forward salad—anything that can hold its own against those bright, fruity flavors without getting lost.
