Cocktail Description

The Silky Old Tom Fizz transforms the classic gin fizz into a luxurious, creamy cloud that practically floats off the spoon.

This sophisticated sipper balances the slightly sweet, botanically rich character of Old Tom gin with bright citrus from both lemon and lime, while cream and egg white alternative create a velvety texture that coats your mouth like silk pajamas. A whisper of orange flower water adds subtle floral perfection without overwhelming the drink. The fizz makes an ideal choice for leisurely weekend brunches or early evening aperitifs when you want something refined but not overly boozy. Making this cocktail requires a bit of technique—either a vigorous double shake or a quick blend followed by shaking—but nothing that should intimidate a home bartender willing to put in three minutes of effort. The creamy, citrus-forward profile pairs beautifully with smoked salmon on toast points, delicate shellfish like oysters or crab cakes, or even a simple cheese board featuring fresh chèvre and mild brie. Served tall and crowned with a lemon slice and fresh mint, this drink looks as impressive as it tastes, making guests think you've been secretly training at a cocktail bar.
