Cocktail Description

The Peruvian Elderflower Collins transforms the classic gin-based Collins into something brighter and more floral, swapping London Dry for South American pisco and adding a kiss of elderflower sweetness.

This refreshing highball showcases pisco puro quebranta—an unaged Peruvian grape brandy with earthy, fruity notes—balanced against St-Germain's delicate floral sweetness and the tart brightness of pink grapefruit and lemon. The result tastes like spring in a glass, with layers of citrus, subtle grape character, and honeyed flower blossoms, all lifted by fizzy club soda. It's wonderfully easy to make, requiring just a quick shake and strain before topping with soda. This drink shines at warm-weather gatherings, Sunday brunches, or anytime you want something light and sophisticated without too much alcohol weight. The citrus-forward profile pairs beautifully with ceviche, grilled fish tacos, fresh oysters, or light salads with citrus vinaigrette. The lemon zest garnish adds aromatic oil that hits your nose with each sip, making the whole experience even more aromatic and inviting.
