Poison Ivy Demetrite cocktail in a small glass on a wooden table. Also known as , the Batman cocktail.

Recipe from How to Drink episode: A Bat, a Clown, a Drink

Ingredients:

2 inches of Cucumber, roughly chopped

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz Fortaleza Blanco Tequila

1 oz Italicus Rosolio Bergamotto

1 oz Green Chartreuse

Garnish: Cucumber wheel and baby's breath

Method:

Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Add in the rest of the drink ingredients. Shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a wheel of cucumber and a sprig of baby’s breath.

.75 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

.75 oz Leroux Apricot Brandy

.75 oz Aviation Dry Gin

.25 oz lemon juice

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.

Ingredients:

10-12 mint leaves

.75 oz ginger syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

2 oz Aviation Gin

2 oz Ginger Ale

Method:

Add mint leaves to high ball glass and press with muddler. Add ginger syrup, lemon juice, and gin. Add ice and stir. Top off with Ginger Ale and garnish with mint.
