Baldoria Verdant is lush and brimming with flavor and aroma. It pairs perfectly with a London Dry Gin, and a dash of absinthe is the final delicious kiss.

Ingredients

1 part Baldoria Verdant Vermouth
1 part Bitter Bianco*
1 part London Dry Gin, we recommend Aviation
a heavy dash or two of Absinthe

Directions

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until will chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass with cubed ice.
Garnish with a cucumber square skewer.

Recipe Note

*Suze Aperitif is a great substitute if you don't have bitter bianco on hand
