So no matter if strawberries are ripe for picking, or if it's the middle of winter, you can still taste that summer goodness of sweet real strawberry with a Classic Daytrip.

Ingredients

1.75 oz Daytrip Strawberry Amaro
.5 oz lemon juice
.25 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
.25 simple syrup
club soda

Directions

Shake all the ingredients except the soda with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda, to taste
