This cocktail turns the traditional blackberry bramble on its head. Use rye instead of gin and add ginger ale for bite. Delicious!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Minor Case Rye
.25 oz simple syrup
.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 oz ginger ale
3-5 blackberries

Method

Muddle blackberries at the bottom of a shaker.  Add ice and shake all ingredients except the ginger ale until very ocld. Double strain over a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wheel and a juicy blackberry.
