This new aperitif from Matchbook Distilling is tantalizing on its own, with flavors of quassia, pink pepercorns, cloud forest cardamom, gentian, Indian cinnamon bark & wild cherry bark. These botanicals are married with juicy rich blood orange, plus the sweet-dry flavor of sparkling wine. Top with soda to taste, and go wild with your blood orange garnish.

Ingredients

1 part Elsewhere Blood Orange Aperitif
1 part sparkling wine
1 part soda

Directions

Build in glass.
Add ice.
Garnish with blood orange slices.
