The Fig's Elixir

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mahia Fig Spirit
.5 oz London Dry Gin
.75 oz honey syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wheel to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with fresh ice. Shake and chill. Double strain into a stemmed coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
