Mount Rigi and Beer Aperitif Recipe

Try this ultra-refreshing, peak-of-summer combination. Pour a new aperitif flavor that pairs exceedingly well with lagers and pilsners.

Ingredients

1 part Mount Rigi Swiss Aperitif
2 parts Lager
1 shot of Cynar (optional)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Garnish: lemon slice

Method

Add all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into wine or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy.
