There are rumblings of a Cosmo comeback. And we can't be 100% positive, but this expression of the iconic 90s cocktail may just be the reason for it.

Bergamot starts us in a different place, familiar lime and cranberry, and the maddeningly ephemeral marzipan symphony of The Plum, I suppose.

Another one, I suppose.

Ingredients

1.5 oz The Plum, I Suppose
.75 oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
.75 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz cranberry juice
1-2 dash Orange Bitters
Orange zest and lime for garnish

Directions

All all ingredients to a shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously until very cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
Flame orange zest oils over the glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
