Ingredients

1.5 oz Buchanan’s Pineapple
4 oz sparkling water
Tajin, for the rim
Lime or pineapple wedge, to garnish

Directions

Rim a highball glass with Tajin.
Pour Buchanan’s Pineapple into the glass over ice.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.
