Meet your pool party’s new best friend: the Berry Scotch Splash. This easygoing summer sipper comes pitcher-perfect and ready to serve a crowd, leaving you more time to soak up the sun and less time at the helm of the cocktail shaker.
This refreshing batch cocktail starts with blended whiskey, bringing a mellow but rich depth that's right at home alongside bright summer fruits. Fresh lemon juice and tangy cranberry juice keep things lively and balanced, while crème de mûre adds lush blackberry sweetness. A touch of elderflower liqueur lends a subtle floral note, effortlessly blending the flavors together.
Once topped generously with soda water and poured over ice, the Berry Scotch Splash is transformed into a bubbly, thirst-quenching drink that's as breezy as an afternoon by the pool.
The clincher for this drink? It's a beaut. With fresh apple slices and your choice of juicy red berries floating invitingly throughout the pitcher, it does double duty as both cocktail and centerpiece.
The Berry Scotch Splash is summer refreshment at its easiest, tastiest, and most fun. Serve casually in mason jars filled with ice—because poolside sipping should always be easygoing.
Sit back, relax, and pour another round.
