The Trial of Tom: A Cocktail for KC Fans

Named after the infamous 'Boss' Tom Pendergast of Kansas City - this gin cocktail is worthy of its wild namesake. It's a drink that brings to mind classic prohibition-era vibes and if you're daring enough, a night where anything goes! 

Ingredients

1.5 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
1.5 oz Baldoria Rosso Vermouth
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled glass.
