When our good friend Lynne told us we simple had to list Pierre Ferrand's new limited edition Dry Curaçao, Yuzu Late Harvest, we were more than happy to comply.
What a bottle! Everything that makes the original so versatile and beloved, but with the flavors of Yuzu bringing out the light, floral citrusy notes that Yuzu is so well-known for.
Here we take the idea of a margarita, but swap out mezcal for tequila and reverse the proportions, so you get the full pleasure of the wonderful Yuzu Late Harvest flavor, with just a hint of smokey agave.
