  • 0.25 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)

Directions

  • Cut kiwi in half and scoop flesh into base of shaker
  • Muddle kiwi flesh thoroughly
  • Add remaining ingredients except prosecco
  • Add ice to shaker
  • Shake vigorously
  • Fine strain into chilled flute glass
  • Top with prosecco
  • Garnish with kiwi slice
