Cocktail Description

This isn't your grandmother's champagne cocktail—the Strawberry Fizz Royale brings together sweet berries, smooth vodka, and an unexpected twist of balsamic vinegar that'll make you rethink everything you know about bubbly drinks.

The cocktail starts with muddled strawberries that release their natural sweetness, getting a sophisticated edge from Cedilla Acai Liqueur and a few drops of balsamic vinegar that add depth and a subtle tang. A crack of black pepper might sound bold, but it works beautifully here, adding warmth and complexity that keeps each sip interesting. Topped with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne, the drink becomes effervescent and lively, with the vodka providing a clean backbone that lets all these flavors shine without getting in the way. The balsamic-covered strawberry garnish isn't just pretty—it hints at the savory-sweet balance waiting inside the glass.

This makes a killer brunch cocktail or an elegant aperitif before a special dinner, though it's fancy enough for New Year's Eve or anniversary celebrations. The shaking and fine straining require a bit of technique, so it's not quite beginner territory, but anyone comfortable with basic cocktail equipment can pull it off. Pair this beauty with charcuterie boards, especially ones featuring aged cheeses and prosciutto, or serve it alongside chocolate-covered strawberries for a dessert course that'll have your guests talking for weeks.
