.25 oz Simple syrup
.25 oz St. Germain
3 mint leaves
1 Egg white
Add 3 decent sizes mint leaves and simple syrup to shaker and muddle. Add gin, St. Germain and egg white to shaker. Dry shake. Add ice, 1 large cube, and 1 small, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coup. Garnish with a mint leaf. If you want to experiment, maybe, just maybe add a touch of lemon.
