Improved Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes of Pernod Absinthe
2 oz Lafite French Traders Gin
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake, strain into a Collins glass, and top with carbonated water.
