Nectar Cocktail Recipe
Recipe from How to Drink episode: Hades
Ingredients:
.75 oz honey syrup
1 bar spoon of Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur
.75 oz of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz of Plantation Barbados 5 Year Rum
Method:
In a mixing glass, add .75oz of honey syrup and 1 bar spoon of Bénédictine. Add .25* oz of St. Germain and 1.5 oz of Plantation 5 Year Rum. Crack ice, stir and strain into glass.
Notes:
*Honey syrup = 2 parts honey & 1 part water
* The episode calls for .25 oz but the recipe states .75oz. Vary as you like!
