Rinse glass with absinthe. Add ice and 2 barspoons of simple syrup and 2 barspoons of Peychaud's into mixing glass. Add 2 ounces of rye. Stir and strain into glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Rinse glass with absinthe. Add demerara sugar cube to glass. Add 2 dashes of bitters and cognac to mixing glass. Add ice into mixing glass and stir. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with twist of lemon.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, crack ice and stir. Strain into a glass.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
