Aperol Beyond the Spritz: The Division Bell

What to do with Aperol after you've thoroughly enjoyed a summer of spritzes? Try this delicious and sophisticated combination of familiar flavors, put together in a new way. Who knows, you might be on to something just marvelous. 

The Division Bell

Ingredients

1 oz mezcal
.75 oz Aperol
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.75 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
grapefruit twist for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients (except garnish) plus ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
