Vermouth originated in Piemonte, Italy, circa 1763. And it’s where Baldoria Vermouths are made today.
Piemonte translates to “the foot of the mountains.” The region naturally embodies the two ideal ingredients for crafting great vermouth; a richness of alpine botanicals plus talented winemakers!
This recipe was created by the renowned and much-awarded Little Red Door cocktail bar in Paris. It showcases the rich and varied flavors of Baldoria vermouths. The simplicity of this drink belies its complex flavors. The Baldoria Cocktail embodies the phrase, “more than meets the eye.”
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds until well-chilled; strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with an olive.
