This recipe comes from Liber & Co. -- isn't it lovely? Sip on this delicious trio of sweet, bitter, and tropical fruit.

The complexity of Jamaican rum is balanced out by the sweet fresh taste of strawberries. Campari rounds things out to give it that extra depth and layer of flavor.

This is a serious "wow" -- without a lot of work!

Ingredients

.75 oz Liber & Co Pacific Strawberry Syrup
1 oz Jamaican rum (we recommend Appleton 12)
.5 oz Campari
1.5 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes absinthe, we recommend St. George Absinthe Verte

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a new glass filled with ice.
Garnish with strawberry slice and pineapple frond
