  • 1.00 spoon Apricot jam (preserve)
  • 0.50 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

  • Stir jam with gin until jam is dissolved
  • Add other ingredients to shaker
  • Add ice to shaker
  • Shake well
  • Fine strain into chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with apricot slice
