  • 0.50 fl oz Honey syrup

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except ice cream to shaker with ice
  • Shake well and strain back into shaker
  • Add ice cream to shaker
  • Shake well with ice
  • Add more ice cream to shaker
  • Perform dry shake without ice
  • Pour into chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with black pepper and rosemary sprig
