1.5 oz R.L. Seale’s Finest Barbados 12 Year Rum

.5 oz Foursquare Probitas White Blended Rum

.75 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

.5 oz Cointreau*

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

5 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bittered candied ginger, for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a shaker and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with candied ginger, and dash additional Angostura bitters on top to coat the ginger and the top of the cocktail.⁠

Some Like It Hot Toddy

Ingredients

1 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur

1 oz whisk(e)y of your choice (we recommend Famous Grouse Scotch!)

.5 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau

.5 oz lemon juice

.25 oz honey

Earl Grey tea, hot

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir. Add hot earl grey tea to top off the mug. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients

1 oz Plymouth Gin

.75 oz Cointreau

.75 oz Lillet Blanc

.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Pastis, for the rinse

Directions

Rinse a coupe or martini glass with a small amount of Pastis. Discard. Shake all other ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Fine strain into the prepared glass. Optional: garnish with a lemon twist.
