  • 0.75 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
  • 0.17 fl oz Orange flower water
  • 3.00 drop Vanilla extract
  • 1.00 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
  • Top up with Club soda

Directions

  • Add first eight ingredients to shaker with ice
  • Shake vigorously
  • Strain back into shaker
  • Dry shake without ice
  • Strain into chilled Collins glass with no ice
  • Top with soda water from siphon
  • Garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig
