Ingredients

0.5 oz Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup

0.5 oz Campari

2 oz The Lost Explorer Tequila

0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Grapefruit soda
-
Bitters, like grapefruit, old-fashioned, or Angostura (optional)

Slice of grapefruit and mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
Add tequila, Campari, and passionfruit syrup to a shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously.
Double strain into a highball glass.
Top off with grapefruit soda.
Add more ice until the glass is full.
Float bitters on top (if using).
Add grapefruit wedge and mint sprig as garnish.
