There’s something about cooler weather that makes us reach for bolder flavors, and The Spice Trade delivers exactly that. It’s earthy. It’s spicy. It’s the kind of drink that makes you pause mid-sip and think, okay, this is different in all the right ways.
At the center of it all is Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur. The Spice in Spice Trade. Fiery, aromatic, and unapologetically bold, Barrow’s doesn’t just add heat—it adds depth, that fresh-cut-ginger bite that wakes up the senses. Around it, the other ingredients fall into place: 1615 Pisco brings an herbal lift, Ancho Chile Reyes Liqueur adds a smoky hum, and fresh lime juice cuts through with the kind of sharp acidity that keeps everything perfectly in balance.
Topped with smoked chili bitters, The Spice Trade is the liquid equivalent of the winning sweater at an ugly sweater contest—warm, wild, and hard to forget.
