To keep the ship steady, we’ve got the bitter best: Suze, to keep things on course. The zing of grapefruit juice and lime juice -- a citrus tang that brightens up the drink. Ah, is that a sea breeze I feel?
A drizzle of honey syrup smooths the way, balancing the bold flavors. Topped off with a mountain of crushed ice, Mister Fogg's Grog is as cool as the ocean depths and twice as delicious. A thin grapefruit wheel and a sprig of mint are the finishing touches, adding a bit of flair and flavor.

2 oz Planteray Mister Fogg Navy Rum
.5 oz Suze
.75 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Strain into a tumbler and top with a mountain of crushed ice.
Garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel and bouquet of mint.
