cocktail recipe
There is a superstition in Barbados that a brown-hued grasshopper signifies good luck - and this variation of the classic Grasshopper cocktail definitely leans into that - chocolate, cocoa, mint, baking spice notes, butterscotch and just overall decadence.
Foursquare Distillery, the legendary Barbados rum distillery, supplies both the rum cream and the finely-aged 12 year. The flavor is rich, sumptuous, and dangerously drinkable!
Garnish with a few chocolate covered espresso beans, grated.
