.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

1 oz espresso or strong filter coffee

.5 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur

3 coffee beans, for garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Hard shake, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

.75 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

5 oz pink grapefruit soda

lime zest for garnish

Directions

Pour the two spirits over ice in a Collins glass. Add the grapefruit soda. Stir. Then zest lime on top of your drink with a microplane grater.

.75 oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur

.75 oz fresh lime juice

Directions

All all ingredients to a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a martini glass. Flame orange zest oils over the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
