  • 2.00 spoon Apricot jam (preserve)
  • 0.50 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.75 fl oz Chilled water (reduce if wet ice)

Directions

  • Stir preserve with bourbon in base of shaker until mostly dissolved
  • Add other ingredients to shaker
  • Add ice to shaker
  • Shake well
  • Fine strain into chilled martini glass
  • Express orange zest twist over drink and drop into glass
