Cocktail Description

This sprightly sipper brings the sunny charm of apricot brandy to the classic Collins template, turning a familiar favorite into something far more interesting.

The Apricot Rum Collins combines Planteray 3 Stars White Rum with apricot liqueur, apple juice, cranberry juice, fresh lime, and cane syrup for a refreshing, fruit-forward cocktail that's equally at home at a weekend brunch or an afternoon by the pool. You'll get bright apricot notes mingling with the rum's crisp backbone, while the apple and cranberry juices add depth and a touch of tartness that keeps things lively. The fresh lime juice cuts through the sweetness beautifully, making each sip as refreshing as the first. It's dead simple to make—just shake everything with ice and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass—so even beginners can nail it on the first try. An apple wedge garnish reinforces the fruit theme and looks sharp perched on the rim. This one pairs wonderfully with lighter fare like grilled shrimp skewers, chicken salad, or even a cheese plate featuring mild, creamy options that won't compete with the cocktail's fruity personality.
