1.00 fl oz Planteray 3 Stars White Rum or alternative

Other Ingredients

2.00 fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
Top up with Bitter lemon tonic

Directions

Add ice to shaker
Add first three ingredients to shaker
Shake well with ice
Fill sling glass with ice
Strain mixture into ice-filled sling glass
Top with bitter lemon
Garnish with lemon slice and kumquat
