Cocktail Description

The Gin Garden Smash is what happens when a mojito and a gin fizz decide to meet in the middle of a summer garden party.

This bright, herbaceous cocktail brings together the crisp botanicals of Beefeater London Dry Gin with fresh mint, tart lemon juice, and a touch of sugar cane syrup, all topped with fizzy club soda. The result is refreshing and clean, with the mint adding an aromatic coolness that doesn't overpower the gin's juniper-forward character. It's surprisingly easy to make—just a quick muddle, shake, and strain—making it perfect for casual entertaining when you want something that looks and tastes impressive without the fuss. This drink shines on warm afternoons and early evenings, especially when you're hosting friends on a patio or deck. The bright, citrusy profile pairs beautifully with light fare like grilled chicken skewers, fresh oysters, goat cheese salads, or cucumber sandwiches. Think of it as your go-to when you want something that's as easy to make as it is to drink, with just enough sophistication to keep things interesting.
