Umami, known for its savory, flavor-amping qualities, creates a deep sense of harmony and calm when paired with a bitter bianco liqueur and your classic London Dry.
This is a Negroni that will surprise your friends when you say: can I make you a Negroni? And they wouldn't have it any other way.

Ingredients
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir 15-20 seconds until will chilled
Strain into a rocks glass
Garnish with a cured mushroom top. (You know, the one you have just lying around? ;)) Or perhaps a cocktail onion instead.
Recipe Note
*Suze Aperitif is a good substitute for Bitter Bianco if you don't have the latter on hand
