Baldoria’s Rosé is a unique vermouth that is brightened with orange notes and is both a little dry and
a little sweet. It’s an ideal ingredient for a Negroni, which typically uses an orange wheel as a garnish
and is known for its bittersweet profile.
The Rosé Negroni also uses Baldoria’s Bitter Vermouth, a dry gin, and aperitivo bitter to give the drink both its classic color and alcohol kick.
This drink is surprisingly refreshing and works beautifully for any pre-dinner aperitivo.
Ingredients
Directions
Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir for 15 to 20 seconds.
Pour directly into a chilled wine glass.
Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
Recipe Note
If you have the time, you can take this up a level by letting the flavors meld ahead of aperitivo hour. To do that, after stirring in the mixing glass, pour the ingredients into a wine bottle and place the bottle in a refrigerator for 4 hours. Freeze your glassware for 4 hours. Pour directly from the refrigerator into the frozen wine glasses with ice and garnish.
